Engineering Manager, Marketing Technology

About the Role

Join our Growth Engineering organization as an Engineering Manager leading the Marketing Technology team. You will lead engineers building and scaling our MarTech stack, enabling data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing operations in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for the marketing technology stack.
• Oversee the building, scaling, and maintenance of MarTech systems.
• Enable data-driven marketing strategies and optimize marketing operations.
• Enhance customer experiences through technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead high-impact technical projects aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to design discussions, review code, and establish quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an effective team builder and skilled engineering leader.
• Several years of experience leading engineering teams driving technical innovation in marketing technology.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficiency in marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CMS, A/B testing platforms).
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with partners.
• Ability to advocate for cross-functional stakeholders and integrate feedback.
• Experience shipping production code and a strong grasp of software development practices.
• Ability to maintain a strategic view of current and future systems.
