Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering their growth and development.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable runner infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with product and other engineering teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the runner systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead in a software development environment.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or backend services.
• Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and system architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team empowerment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time capacity within NAMER.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Understanding of performance optimization, monitoring, and system reliability engineering principles.
