About the Role

Join us as an Engineering Manager for the Unified Identity team, where you will lead the development of our next-generation identity infrastructure. This pivotal role involves setting strategic direction, managing operations, and fostering a high-performing team to build a secure, privacy-first identity system crucial for our Extended Access Management (XAM) initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and development of a unified identity system supporting our XAM initiative.
• Manage team operations and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team to achieve impactful results.
• Contribute to building centralized, secure, and privacy-first identity infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience building or scaling large-scale IAM systems, especially in end-to-end encrypted environments.
• Proven leadership experience in an engineering management role.
