Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

Join LiveKit as an Enterprise Account Executive to drive our go-to-market strategy and expand our customer base, directly shaping how we bring cutting-edge multimodal AI infrastructure to market. As one of the first AEs, you'll play a pivotal role in our early-stage environment, partnering closely with technical teams to translate our innovative product into meaningful conversations with technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and close.
• Develop a deep product understanding and effectively communicate technical value to developers, CTOs, and product teams.
• Generate pipeline through proactive outbound efforts and strategic partnerships, supported by marketing and sales development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, identifying their goals and demonstrating how our platform helps them succeed.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback into roadmap discussions and product positioning.
• Help shape and evolve our sales playbook, messaging, and go-to-market motion as a foundational member of the sales team.
• Accurately forecast and track pipeline activity, working closely with leadership to inform strategy and planning.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to technical audiences (developers, product teams, or infrastructure leaders).
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced or early-stage environment.
• Strong understanding of developer products, APIs, or infrastructure tooling, with a willingness to delve deep into technical concepts.
• Comfortable working within low-process, high-autonomy teams and capable of introducing structure where necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting compelling messages and adapting to diverse stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing sales pipeline with rigor and discipline.
