Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

Join HumanSignal as an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the adoption of our category-defining AI data platform, Label Studio Enterprise, with leading AI teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by building lasting relationships and creating value in a rapidly emerging market.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for enterprise accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their AI data needs and positioning HumanSignal's solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas for activity, pipeline generation, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and community teams to ensure customer success and contribute to strategic direction.
• Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately using Salesforce, tracking all customer interactions and progress.
• Continuously identify opportunities for renewals and long-term customer value, aligning our technology with customer roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated success in closing new enterprise accounts and managing existing client relationships.
• Experience selling complex B2B SaaS, ML, big data, or Cloud products.
• Proven ability to engage with and sell to leading AI/ML organizations (e.g., MAG7 companies, OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Strong proficiency in outbound prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly effective in a remote work environment.
• A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) or Open-Source Software (OSS) sales motions.
• Background in selling Labeling as a Service (LaaS) solutions.
• A consultative sales approach with an interest in automation technologies.
