Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

Join Webflow as an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the growth of our AI-native Digital Experience Platform by building strategic relationships with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential Enterprise customers to understand their challenges and assess Webflow's fit.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in prospect and customer accounts.
• Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts.
• Articulate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, education, and engineering.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure high-quality onboarding and customer experiences.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with 3-4+ years in complex SaaS sales cycles at larger companies involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to autonomously prospect and hunt for new logos.
• Demonstrated track record of closing complex sales cycles with a disruptive B2B SaaS product.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams like Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing.
