Enterprise Account Executive - West

About the Role

Join Webflow as an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and build strategic relationships with enterprise clients, shaping the future of digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential Enterprise customers to understand their challenges and assess Webflow's fit.
• Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex SaaS deals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospect and customer accounts.
• Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts.
• Articulate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, engineering) to execute sales strategy.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure high-quality customer onboarding and experiences.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of quota-carrying experience in complex SaaS sales cycles at larger companies.
• 3-4+ years of experience involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prospect and hunt new logos autonomously.
• Demonstrated track record of closing complex sales cycles with a disruptive B2B SaaS product.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams like Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing.
