Join our dynamic sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive, where you'll be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by securing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients across the United States. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, focusing on strategic growth and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify and close new business opportunities within target organizations.
- Lead complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with solutions engineering, customer success, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in an Enterprise Account Executive role, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success selling complex B2B software or SaaS solutions to large enterprise organizations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and company events.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling solutions in the cloud, observability, or data analytics space.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
