Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Benelux

About the Role

Join Deel, the fastest-growing SaaS company, as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative for the Benelux region. In this remote role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our global reach, connecting world-class companies with our innovative HR and payroll platform.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential enterprise clients in the Benelux market.
• Execute outbound prospecting strategies across various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with key decision-makers to understand their global HR and payroll challenges and articulate Deel's value proposition.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Enterprise Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with the HR tech, payroll, or global employment industry.
• Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA region.
