Responsibilities

• Manage complex, time-sensitive scheduling and prioritize conflicting demands to ensure the CEO's time is optimized.
• Handle high-volume email communication, draft confidential correspondence, and manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Coordinate projects, off-site meetings, and company retreats while maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality.
• Proactively identify process improvements and handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting with precision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing concierge-level support to C-suite executives in high-growth technology companies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to act as a gatekeeper and representative for the executive.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with absolute discretion and security.
• Must be based in North America (EST) or the United Kingdom.
