About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite, providing essential support to our leadership and contributing to the smooth operation of our executive functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for C-suite executives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
