Role Impact

As Supabase scales rapidly with increasing enterprise deals and customer growth, our billing and finance operations are becoming more complex and vital. This role is critical for maintaining smooth and efficient revenue operations. You will act as the connective tissue between Sales, Billing, Success, Finance, and Support, owning processes that directly affect customer satisfaction, internal reporting, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription operations: Manage manual billing processes for enterprise, HIPAA, and custom contracts in collaboration with Success and Sales.
• Support billing-related tickets: Help users resolve payment issues, credit usage, invoices, and other finance-related support requests.
• Manage credits and incentives: Track and apply YC credits, prepaid packages, and other customer programs.
