Finance Transformation Director

About the Role

As our Finance Transformation Director, you will drive the modernization of our finance function by leading our biggest foundational bets, including ERP implementation, process automation, and standardized reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance side of the ERP program from BRD through design decisions and cutover.
• Engineer and automate core finance processes including O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A to achieve a faster month-end close.
• Deliver standardized dashboards, driver-based forecasting, and robust financial controls.
• Manage transformation governance, stakeholder dependencies, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance with a proven track record of leading large-scale finance transformation.
• End-to-end experience leading an ERP implementation as the finance lead.
• Strong background in process re-engineering, automation, and controllership.
• Qualified accountant designation or Big 4 consulting transformation background.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior exposure to telecom, SaaS, or marketplace business models.
• Experience embedding AI and automation into finance workflows.
• Familiarity with modern data and BI tooling.
