About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Clutch, you'll be at the forefront of AI innovation in financial services, building technical foundations for new products and working directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions. This high-ownership role is for builders eager to solve real customer problems and shape our product's future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex product deployments and integrations for clients.
• Customize and optimize solutions based on client infrastructure and business needs.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for production environments.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements.
• Continuously enhance deployment processes for scalability and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, NestJS, Python, and AWS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Ability and interest to travel up to 50% to client sites (flexible).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience navigating production systems.
• Solid understanding of deployment, integration, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Client-first mindset and a bias for action.
