About the Role
As our Founding Sales Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our sales team's effectiveness, driving revenue growth by empowering our sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales onboarding programs for new hires.
- Create and maintain a library of sales collateral, tools, and resources (e.g., battlecards, playbooks, presentations).
- Implement and manage sales training initiatives focused on product knowledge, sales methodology, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted coaching programs.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a direct sales role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging sales training and content.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first setting.
- Data-driven approach to measuring enablement effectiveness.

- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
