About the Role

Join our newly created Fraud Operations team as a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist, working remotely from Mexico. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our services by actively monitoring, flagging, and investigating fraudulent activities, while also contributing to the definition and shaping of new fraud prevention and detection processes.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor, flag, and investigate fraudulent activities to protect company services.
• Collaborate in defining and shaping new processes for fraud prevention and detection.
• Report directly to the Senior Analyst, Fraud Operations.
