Frontend Engineer - International SG (Generative AI)

About the Role

Join our International Supergroup to build reliable, scalable frontend experiences that bring innovative generative AI capabilities to users in China and beyond. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable frontend features supporting generative AI product capabilities.
• Design and implement user-facing interfaces and frontend architecture.
• Integrate frontend systems with global and local AI services and model providers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality AI experiences.
• Ensure frontend systems comply with privacy and security standards across different markets.
• Support experimentation and phased rollouts to improve performance and user impact.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science and frontend engineering principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Solid understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering), web performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience building complex, accessible, and responsive user-facing interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with A/B testing tools and experiment-driven development.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning platforms.
• Experience with AI model integrations.
