Frontend Engineer, React.js

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain user-facing features using React.js and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, participating in code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions to enhance application performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and modern frontend build tools.
• Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork.

This is a full-time, remote position, welcoming candidates from across EMEA and specific countries including Ukraine, Armenia, Spain, Romania, Poland, Portugal, Nigeria, Estonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, South Africa, Croatia, and Serbia.
