Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Full Stack Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the core platform that empowers global teams. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to a product impacting millions, working from India or Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications across the full stack.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure high code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Go).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS environment, particularly in HR, payroll, or fintech domains.
