Full-Stack Engineer (Back-End Leaning)

About the Role

Join ElevenLabs as a Full-Stack Engineer with a focus on back-end systems to help build the next generation of AI-powered voice technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable back-end services using modern frameworks.
• Contribute to front-end development tasks to ensure seamless integration between client and server components.
• Optimize application performance, focusing on latency and throughput for real-time features.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the stack.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on back-end development.
• Proficiency in at least one major back-end language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or similar).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid understanding of database systems, both relational (SQL) and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, international team environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with machine learning infrastructure or MLOps concepts.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
