Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

Join Deel, the fastest-growing SaaS company, as a Full-Stack Engineer to build the future of global work. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere in LATAM, including Brazil, Uruguay, Perú, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications for our global HR and payroll platform.
• Design and implement new features across the entire stack, from user interface to backend services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of our systems.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of deployed web applications.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Strong backend development skills with a language like Python, Node.js, Go, or Ruby, and experience with relevant frameworks.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
