Fullstack Software Engineer

About the Role

Join our Dashboard team as a Fullstack Software Engineer, where you'll build intuitive, data-rich investigator tools and interfaces crucial for real-time fraud detection and prevention. This role offers a significant opportunity to empower customers and internal teams, making a direct impact in the fight against financial crime. Please note: This role requires working hours of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to align with global team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance dashboard features using React, Typescript, Go, and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement backend services, dataflows, and APIs that power customer-facing UIs.
• Design and implement tools that help analysts quickly detect and take action on suspicious behavior.
• Drive high standards for code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Take ownership of your work from concept to deployment, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Communicate effectively with global teammates to stay aligned on goals, priorities, and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven full stack development experience, with proficiency in Go, Node.js, or other server-side languages.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
• Deep understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with React, Typescript, and other modern frontend frameworks.
• A track record of building and shipping high-quality user-facing products.
• A user-first, product oriented mindset with a strong sense of empathy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data pipelines or event-driven workflows.
• Background in fintech, banking, or fraud/compliance domains.
