About the RoleJoin our marketing team as a Futures Affiliate Manager, a pivotal role focused on expanding our reach and driving growth for futures products across the dynamic APAC and MENA regions through strategic affiliate partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our affiliate strategy and impact our global expansion.

Develop, recruit, and manage a portfolio of high-performing affiliate partners within the APAC and MENA markets.
Negotiate and optimize affiliate agreements to maximize ROI and achieve user acquisition targets for futures products.
Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to ensure affiliate campaigns are compliant and effective.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the futures and crypto space across the target regions.

Proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, ideally within the financial services, crypto, or futures trading industry.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and performance marketing metrics.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to APAC/MENA markets are a plus.

Existing network of affiliates or media partners in the APAC/MENA regions.
Deep knowledge of futures trading, cryptocurrency markets, and blockchain technology.
Experience working with global, remote teams.
