About the Role

As the German Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in democratizing design by ensuring our content is culturally resonant, high-quality, and locally relevant for the German market. You will bridge global vision with local needs, driving engagement and growth through creative direction and strategic content curation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling creative vision that aligns with local marketing and SEO strategic priorities.
• Oversee the end-to-end creation and curation of market-relevant templates, design kits, and campaign assets.
• Lead and mentor local freelance designers, providing clear briefs and constructive feedback to maintain brand excellence.
• Conduct performance analysis and content audits to identify gaps and optimize creative output based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven production workflows and emerging design trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative direction, design leadership, or content strategy within the German market.
• Deep understanding of German consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and local design trends.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agile workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English to effectively lead teams and report on performance.
• Proficiency in design software and a strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency.
