Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing comprehensive support and guidance on global corporate services, including payroll, HR, and compliance.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, product) to address complex client inquiries and ensure service delivery excellence.
• Stay updated on international regulations and best practices related to global corporate services to provide accurate and timely advice.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within corporate services, HR, payroll, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global corporate compliance, HR operations, or payroll processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM and other client management tools.
