Join our team as the Global Head of Partner Strategy & Operations to serve as a key strategic partner to leadership, driving the long-term vision and operational excellence of our global partner ecosystem. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape organizational strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and scale our partner business in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the SVP of Channels & Alliances to define organizational priorities and long-term business strategy.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to drive partner growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and business reviews to provide actionable insights and influence decision-making.
• Optimize partner programs, governance, and operational workflows to ensure the organization scales effectively.
• Drive annual planning processes, including OKRs and quarterly business reviews, to align teams with company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations within high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
• Proven track record of partnering with VP or SVP-level executives to define and execute organizational strategy.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
