Global Partnerships Operations Lead

This role is perfect for a strategic operator who thrives on building scalable infrastructure and managing high-performing teams to support a diverse partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and continuous improvement of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
• Manage and mentor an onshore/offshore team responsible for deal registration and order processing.
• Design and execute critical commercial processes, including partner referral payments, margin management, and contract operations.
• Build robust reporting and forecasting models to provide senior leadership with clear visibility into partner-sourced revenue and program health.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure frictionless partner motions and scalable program governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or owning the operations layer for a multi-channel partner program within a SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in the partner tech stack, including PRM platforms, CRM integrations, and ecosystem tooling like Crossbeam.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor distributed teams, setting clear expectations and coaching for quality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to navigate Finance, Legal, and Sales to drive shared decisions.

About the Team

This role sits within GTM Ops and serves as the operational engine for Canva's Partnerships organization. You will report to the Head of GTM Ops and work closely with leadership to build the foundation that allows our enterprise ecosystem to scale rapidly and effectively.
