About the Role

Join Kraken's Equities Team as a Group Product Manager to shape the future of equity trading within the crypto ecosystem, driving innovation and expanding financial access globally. This pivotal role leads the strategy and execution for cutting-edge equity products, contributing directly to Kraken's mission of accelerating crypto adoption and financial freedom.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Kraken's equities products, aligning with overall company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, research, and roadmap planning to development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and gather user feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, with significant leadership experience (3+ years as a Group PM or similar).
• Deep domain expertise in financial markets, specifically equities trading or related financial products.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex product strategies and roadmaps.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
