Growth Engineer

About the Role

Are you a bold Growth Engineer ready to optimize user journeys and drive adoption? Join us to understand our funnel, unearth insights, and implement growth experiments that move the needle in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and analyze growth experiments and A/B tests to increase adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Identify roadblocks in the product and build end-to-end self-serve solutions for users.
• Dive into Postgres and BigQuery datasets to spot friction points and surface actionable insights.
• Track growth metrics and success indicators using tools like PostHog.
• Collaborate with product engineering, marketing, developer relations, and data teams.

Requirements

• Versatility across various tech and tools, including comfort with Postgres, BigQuery, and TypeScript.
• Experience in product-led growth environments with a track record of moving key metrics.
• Background in developer tooling or high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with Supabase.

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of PostHog, AWS SQS, CloudWatch, Pulumi, or Sentry.
• A link to a project built with Supabase.
