Growth Engineer

About the Role

Join ElevenLabs as a Growth Engineer to directly impact user acquisition, activation, and retention by building and optimizing high-impact product features.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate on features that drive key growth metrics across the user lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Designers to rapidly prototype and deploy A/B tests.
• Own the end-to-end development process for growth experiments, from ideation to data analysis and iteration.
• Maintain and improve the infrastructure supporting our experimentation platform and growth tooling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer focusing on product growth, experimentation, or performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript) and back-end development (e.g., Python, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of data-driven decision-making and experience working with analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments while maintaining high code quality and performance standards.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with specific experimentation frameworks or tools (e.g., Optimizely, internal tooling).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) relevant to deploying high-traffic services.
• Background in machine learning or AI product integration is a plus.
