About the Role

We are looking for a modern growth marketer to scale our acquisition engine by blending performance marketing expertise with strategic experimentation. You will play a pivotal role in driving our paid and organic growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition programs across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Partner with external agencies to guide strategy, prioritize experimentation, and ensure strong execution against pipeline goals.
• Manage and optimize significant monthly media investments with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to evolve organic growth strategies and improve search intent optimization.
• Lead integrated growth campaigns by aligning messaging and targeting across paid, organic, and content channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation.
• Deep expertise managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale with significant budget responsibility.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy, organic growth, and search intent optimization.
• Proven experience managing and holding external agencies accountable for performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive optimization and investment decisions.

• Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or agent-based workflows within growth programs.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, attribution modeling, and lead scoring concepts.
