Growth Operations Specialist

About the Role

Join ElevenLabs as a Growth Operations Specialist to optimize and scale our critical business processes, directly impacting our market expansion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM and related marketing/sales technology stack to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and monitor automated workflows and processes to support lead management, sales enablement, and campaign execution.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Growth team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams regarding operational needs and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a Growth Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role, preferably within a high-growth technology company.
• Deep proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational insights.
• Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting for data manipulation.
• Understanding of modern B2B SaaS growth loops and GTM strategies.
