Growth Product Manager, Website & Experimentation

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to own our website growth roadmap and lead experimentation efforts to drive pipeline and conversion. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering to build high-performing web experiences that scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the website growth and experimentation roadmap, aligning initiatives to business goals.
• Partner with Marketing and Engineering to deliver high-performing landing pages and user journeys.
• Build and prioritize an experimentation backlog, including A/B testing and conversion path optimization.
• Define requirements for website enhancements, CMS workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Analytics to establish tracking, event taxonomy, and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, CRO, or Marketing Technology.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, website optimization, and experimentation programs.
• Experience translating business goals into prioritized product roadmaps.
• Proficiency with headless CMS platforms and experimentation tools like Optimizely or Mutiny.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with digital experience analytics tools such as FullStory or Hotjar.
• Experience improving marketing self-service capabilities through reusable components and scalable workflows.
