About the Role
Join our Go-To-Market team as a GTM Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations for our remote team across the United States and Canada. This full-time role is perfect for an organized and proactive individual ready to contribute to a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for GTM leadership and team members.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for GTM initiatives.
- Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking for the GTM department.
- Facilitate communication within the GTM team and with other departments.
- Support the planning and execution of team events and offsites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role, preferably within a Go-To-Market or sales/marketing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or project management tools.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed team.
