Responsibilities

• Source and hire top-tier Go-To-Market (GTM) talent, with a primary focus on Account Executives.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers and leaders to define role profiles and develop effective engagement strategies.
• Proactively build and nurture robust talent pipelines to anticipate and meet future growth demands.
• Ensure a high-touch, efficient candidate experience that delights both candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on market trends, compensation, and scalable recruiting best practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting Account Executive (AE) roles, ideally within a technical startup environment.
• Direct experience collaborating with senior business leaders or founders to define and fill critical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to design, evolve, and implement scalable recruiting processes in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings.
• A proactive, action-oriented mindset, comfortable with rapid execution, adaptability, and continuous learning.
• Strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a collaborative, inclusive approach.
