GTM Senior Executive Assistant

About the Role

Join Grafana Labs, an open-source powerhouse, as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting our VP of Global Sales and helping to oversee our EA function. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your high-energy, mature professionalism to a fast-paced, remote-first, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the busy calendar and daily schedule for the VP, Global Sales, expertly fielding and prioritizing requests.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Assist in triaging and organizing executive communications and emails.
• Plan and execute logistics for all-hands meetings, leadership meetings, and offsites, including agendas, slide decks, notes, and action items.
• Manage expense reporting proactively and in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Ensure the utmost confidentiality for all communications and documents.
• Coordinate customer meetings and visits in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with other EAs across the organization to standardize best practices for executive support in a globally distributed environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience supporting one or more C-level executives within a technology or startup environment.
• Proven success operating with an extremely high sense of urgency in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with grace and tact.
• Incredible time management skills with the ability to manage and constantly re-prioritize multiple competing demands.
• Proven experience working remotely and coordinating effectively with global peers and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective across all channels (in-person and virtual).
• Highly competent proficiency with all GSuite applications.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience planning and executing large-scale internal events or leadership offsites, including potential travel for on-site logistics support.
• Familiarity with observability concepts or open-source software environments.
• BA/BS degree.
