Head of Affiliate / KOL Growth Marketing

About the Role

This pivotal role will lead our affiliate and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) growth marketing strategies across Europe, significantly expanding our reach and driving user acquisition within the dynamic crypto space. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing a robust network of partners to accelerate our global adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate and KOL marketing strategies tailored for the European market.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates and KOLs to promote our products.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal) to align growth initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the crypto and affiliate marketing landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or KOL/influencer marketing, preferably within the fintech or crypto industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant user growth through performance-based marketing channels.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of the European market landscape and cultural nuances.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM tools.
• Existing network of affiliates or KOLs in the crypto or finance sector.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
