• Implement a robust measurement framework to track brand awareness, sentiment, and long-term cultural influence.
• Foster a creative team culture that prioritizes bold, innovative risks over safe, conventional marketing.

• Deep fluency in the startup and founder ecosystem with a strong understanding of how to build trust within this community.
• Proven track record of creating high-impact brand presence that is widely shared and referenced.
• Exceptional narrative instincts with the ability to articulate a company's story across diverse formats.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to integrate the brand into the broader zeitgeist.
• Experience managing full-funnel brand surfaces, including content, social, events, and community building.
