Responsibilities

• Define Shakepay’s design vision and strategy, establishing a long-term roadmap for product design aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Elevate design as a strategic function by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive leadership to shape overall product direction.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and collaboration.
• Ensure Shakepay’s products set the standard for clarity, trust, and delight in financial services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior design leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced product-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term design strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing design teams.
• Expertise in product design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
