Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall technical vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Lead quarterly reviews and OKR planning to achieve high-level outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee all software and operational components, developing long-term technical roadmaps and milestones.
• Establish and maintain delivery standards and working processes across all engineering functions.
