Head of Implementation GTM

About the Role

As the Head of Implementation GTM, you will define and scale our implementation strategy, ensuring our customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical function that drives customer success and product adoption from initial setup through ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for implementation services, aligning with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of implementation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Define and optimize implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective customer onboarding and value realization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and drive product adoption.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for implementation success, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the successful delivery of implementation projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction and value realization.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and tooling to enhance implementation efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional services, implementation, or customer success, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and their application to implementation services, with a proven track record of scaling operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing, distributed teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working effectively in a remote-first environment and managing distributed teams across different time zones.
• Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, industry events, or client engagements as required.

Work Arrangement

• This is a full-time, remote position, open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
