Head of Localization Client Services

About the Role

Lead our Localization Client Services team, driving global expansion by ensuring our products resonate with diverse international audiences. This pivotal remote role in Europe focuses on delivering exceptional localized experiences and accelerating crypto adoption worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the delivery of high-quality localized content and services to our global client base.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of localization professionals.
• Develop and implement strategic localization initiatives that support global market expansion and enhance user experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role within localization, client services, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of localization processes, tools, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
