Head of Product Marketing

About the Role

Lead the product marketing strategy for Superside's AI-first creative services, shaping how our innovative solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the EMEA market.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute AI-first positioning across services, personas, and industries, evolving pricing, packaging, and messaging.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new services and launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Lead AI adoption strategy, partnering with Product and creative leadership to drive interest and conversion for AI-powered workflows.
• Build and oversee programs to equip Sales and CS teams with messaging, toolkits, and competitive insights.
• Define and refine personas and customer journeys, gathering market and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Manage and mentor a product marketing and enablement team, fostering clarity and strategic output.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B product marketing or go-to-market roles.
• Passionate about AI's potential in creative work, with a curious and informed mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead with a results-oriented and empathetic approach.
• Experience with creative services, AI tools, or service-based business models is a strong plus.
