Head of Product, Platform and Data

About the Role

Lead HappyCo's product organization through its next phase of growth, transforming us into a cohesive multi-product platform company. This pivotal role will shape the strategy and execution of our platform, data, and AI-first initiatives, driving significant customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-product roadmap, connecting core applications, data capabilities, and AI-enhanced experiences.
• Design and test pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to incentivize multi-product adoption and deepen enterprise value.
• Develop a clear vision for how data and insights create competitive advantage, improve outcomes, and open new monetization opportunities.
• Guide teams in defining data contracts, instrumentation, and analytics capabilities for actionable benchmarking and performance optimization.
• Champion pragmatic AI use cases across classification, recommendations, and workflow automation to accelerate value delivery.
• Partner with engineering to embed agentic and automation capabilities that improve team productivity and customer efficiency.
• Build and scale a product operations framework focused on outcomes, metrics, and iteration velocity.
• Leverage data-driven insights and customer telemetry to drive adoption, identify friction, and inform continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous discovery with customers to validate needs, assess willingness to pay, and refine product-market fit across multiple product lines.
• Translate customer and market feedback into roadmap priorities that strengthen retention and expansion.
• Operate as a peer within the Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) leadership triad, ensuring tight alignment.
• Partner closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to position and package offerings, define "hook" features, and communicate differentiated value.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in product management, specifically in scaling multi-product platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define and execute complex product roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of data strategy, instrumentation, and leveraging insights for product development and monetization.
• Experience with AI-first product development, identifying and implementing pragmatic AI use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale product operations frameworks, focusing on outcomes and velocity.
• Expertise in customer discovery, market insight, and translating feedback into actionable product priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, fostering alignment within Product, Design, and Engineering, and with GTM teams.
