About the Role

Lead the strategic expansion and market penetration for Kraken across Germany and the broader DACH region. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our user base and brand presence in a key European market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored for the Germany and DACH markets.
• Oversee all regional marketing, business development, and user acquisition initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
• Manage regional budgets, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team.
• Collaborate closely with global marketing, product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regional alignment and success.
• Represent Kraken at industry events, conferences, and with local stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior growth, marketing, or business development role, with a strong focus on the Germany/DACH market.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition, market share growth, and brand awareness in a competitive landscape.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first global environment.
