About the Role

This pivotal role leads the product strategy and execution for our cutting-edge trading infrastructure, ensuring a robust, high-performance platform for our global crypto exchange.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for core trading systems, including order matching, market data, and execution engines.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and feature set.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, specifically within trading infrastructure or high-frequency trading environments.
• Deep understanding of exchange architecture, order book mechanics, market data protocols, and trading workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
