About the Role

Join Paddle as our Head of Web to lead the transformation of our most visible and commercially critical digital properties into high-performance, high-conversion engines. This pivotal role, at the intersection of brand, performance, and product, offers the exciting opportunity to drive significant growth and innovation, leveraging AI to accelerate design and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for Paddle's digital properties, balancing brand storytelling, product clarity, conversion, and speed.
• Own end-to-end performance and conversion across all digital surfaces, from traffic generation to key actions like sign-ups, demo requests, and PQL triggers.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional web team (design, development, UX, content, experimentation), ensuring high velocity of execution and team alignment.
• Drive rapid iteration and experimentation using AI design and prototyping tools to optimize UX, copy, and layouts.
• Develop and optimize distinct, seamless user journeys for both self-serve (PLG) and sales-led visitors, including comprehensive CTA strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading web marketing or digital product teams with a focus on performance and conversion.
• Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), growth marketing, and digital strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for high-traffic digital properties.
• Experience managing and inspiring cross-functional teams including design, development, UX, content, and experimentation specialists.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for design, prototyping, and personalization to drive rapid iteration and continuous testing.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and accountability for pipeline and revenue goals.
