Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate support on policies, benefits, and HR processes.
• Administer HR systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and efficient record-keeping for employee lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with various HR functions (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition) to resolve complex employee issues and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations to increase efficiency and employee self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR support, HR operations, or HR specialist role, preferably within a fast-growing or global organization.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HR information clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technology platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality in a remote work setting.
• Based in India, with the ability to work remotely effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with a globally distributed workforce or in a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with Deel's platform or similar global payroll/HR solutions.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies or project coordination within HR.
