Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Administer HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve overall employee experience and engagement within a global context.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, adapting to regional nuances.
• Collaborate with various HR functions and stakeholders to resolve complex employee issues and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR support, HR generalist, or employee experience role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee relations principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and service delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed environment.
• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
