Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for all contract management and labor compliance matters within the APAC region.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching and clear growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and implement automation solutions.
• Drive the continuous improvement of standard operating procedures to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Operations and contract management across multiple APAC markets with deep knowledge of local labor laws.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with digital tools and a passion for identifying automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data privacy and professional discretion.
